Review the delivered product labels before serving, especially when the gift contains assorted or substituted items.
Whether you are checking on an order, coordinating a delivery, or selecting a gift basket for an upcoming occasion, our team is available to help.
Our standard model gives each basket time to be prepared, checked, and routed across the region with care.
Gift baskets are the primary product offered by Rhode Island Baskets, including baskets for birthdays, thank-you gifts, sympathy, celebrations, and professional occasions.
Personalized greeting messages are included with all gift basket orders.
Rhode Island Baskets delivers everywhere in the Ocean State, from Woonsocket to Westerly and Newport, and to the nearby Massachusetts towns of Attleboro, Fall River, North Attleborough, Rehoboth, Seekonk, Somerset, Swansea and Taunton. Same-day delivery is not offered; the earliest date is normally tomorrow. Checkout tests the recipient's address before you pay, and the date it gives is an estimate. The delivery charge depends on the address and appears at checkout.
For an office, include the company, department, suite or unit, the recipient's phone number and any access code; businesses receive gifts during business hours. Jamestown and Block Island addresses can take longer, and a summer rental needs someone there to bring perishables inside. December is the busiest month, then late summer.
Availability may require substitutions that preserve the gift’s overall value, theme and design.
Choose the recommended delivery method at checkout. With slower shipping, perishable items may be replaced by non-perishable alternatives to protect quality.
Use your order confirmation details to track progress. Updates may take time to appear while your gift is being prepared. For help, contact us with your order number.

Each gift basket arrives fully prepared, professionally presented, and ready for the recipient to enjoy.
When substitutions occur, the overall style, presentation, value, and intent of the basket are maintained.
