Common questions
Can I send it for a particular date?
You can give the date you want on the product page. Delivery runs next day, and the checkout date is an estimate rather than a promise.
How much is delivery?
It depends on the order and the address, and it is shown at checkout before payment.
What if nobody is in?
Most deliveries need no signature, and at an office reception or the mailroom can take it. Leaving a phone number for the recipient helps if there is any difficulty.
Is there a bulk discount?
Ten per cent from five baskets up; the corporate page has the order form.
Is there a rush option for Cumberland?
No. Same-day delivery is not offered; delivery is next day, so each basket is packed and checked before it leaves.
