- Some stems and leaves have sap that can irritate sensitive skin - wash your hands after trimming or handling them.
If the recipient has allergies or pets, you may prefer to send a gift without fresh flowers or plants.

Care notes
- Trim the stems at an angle before placing the flowers in a clean vase with fresh water.
- Remove foliage that would sit below the waterline and refresh the water every two days.
- Keep the arrangement in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.
- Remove fading blooms as needed to help the remaining flowers stay fresh.
Flower varieties and colours may vary with seasonal availability. Any substitution should preserve the arrangement's overall style, colour palette, and value.

Curation
Whether you are checking on an order, coordinating a delivery, or selecting a gift basket for an upcoming occasion, our team is available to help.
What you can count on
Our standard model gives each basket time to be prepared, checked, and routed across the region with care.
Suited to Gifting
Made for thoughtful gifting
Gift baskets are the primary product offered by Rhode Island Baskets, including baskets for birthdays, thank-you gifts, sympathy, celebrations, and professional occasions.
Sending as a Gift
Personalized greeting messages are included with all gift basket orders.
Delivery & Substitutions
Choose your delivery
Rhode Island Baskets delivers everywhere in the Ocean State, from Woonsocket to Westerly and Newport, and to the nearby Massachusetts towns of Attleboro, Fall River, North Attleborough, Rehoboth, Seekonk, Somerset, Swansea and Taunton. Same-day delivery is not offered; the earliest date is normally tomorrow. Checkout tests the recipient's address before you pay, and the date it gives is an estimate. The delivery charge depends on the address and appears at checkout.
For an office, include the company, department, suite or unit, the recipient's phone number and any access code; businesses receive gifts during business hours. Jamestown and Block Island addresses can take longer, and a summer rental needs someone there to bring perishables inside. December is the busiest month, then late summer.
If we must substitute
Availability may require substitutions that preserve the gift’s overall value, theme and design.
Perishable and time-sensitive gifts
Choose the recommended delivery method at checkout. With slower shipping, perishable items may be replaced by non-perishable alternatives to protect quality.
A gift with alcohol is handed only to an adult 21 or over, and age may be verified on delivery.
On its way
Use your order confirmation details to track progress. Updates may take time to appear while your gift is being prepared. For help, contact us with your order number.
