Is the address in our delivery area?
Every Rhode Island address is in the delivery area, along with a few Massachusetts neighbours. Enter a ZIP code to confirm before you order.
The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. The store works next day: same-day delivery is not offered.
Delivery, explained
Next-day deliveryThe store runs on a next-day model: same-day sending is not offered, so each basket is prepared ahead of its delivery day rather than rushed.
Choosing the dateSet the delivery date on the product page. Checkout then shows the estimated date for that address; it is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Paying for deliveryDelivery is priced per address and shown at checkout, where you can check it before payment.
On arrivalA signature is only asked for when the order needs one; at a business the basket is left with reception or the mailroom.
Wine, beer and spiritsWhere permitted, alcohol can go in the basket.
Changes and substitutionsTell support early if the address or the date has to change. If an item runs short, it is replaced by something of the same theme and value.
If anything is wrongTell support about a damaged or missing item through the contact page, the support widget or (401) 209-1155; photographs and the order number help.

Delivering in Westerly
Small details, but they decide whether the first attempt works in Westerly.
Covered ZIP codes
Seen on Westerly orders to date — and the rest of Rhode Island is covered on the same terms.
- 02891 Westerly, RI
A ZIP code not on this list is no obstacle: the whole of Rhode Island is in the delivery area.
Worth including
- The recipient's phone number — used only if there is trouble at the door.
- Unit, suite or floor number, especially in an apartment building or a large office.
- The business name on a workplace delivery, so the front desk can pass it on.
- A sensible date: a working day for an office, a weekend day for a home if that is easier.
- Who else may accept it if the recipient is out — reception, a neighbour, a concierge.

Common questions
Why is same-day delivery not offered in Westerly?
Same-day delivery is not part of the store's model. Baskets go out on a next-day basis, which leaves time to prepare each one properly.
How much is delivery?
It depends on the order and the address, and it is shown at checkout before payment.
Can a basket include wine or beer?
Yes, where the law and the delivery address permit it.
Can an order be cancelled?
Get in touch quickly: once preparation or delivery coordination has begun it may be too late.
Do the contents ever change?
Occasionally an item is swapped for one of equal value and the same character; the basket arrives complete either way.
