How delivery works in Middletown
Prepared aheadDeliveries in Middletown follow the next-day schedule. Same-day sending is not offered; the basket is built for its delivery day.
A later dateThe store works next day, and a later day can be set on the product page. Checkout shows the estimated delivery date.
Delivery chargeCheckout adds the delivery charge for that address, so you see the full total before paying.
Handing it overMost baskets are handed over without a signature. Workplace deliveries go to reception, a mailroom or a concierge.
Wine, beer and spiritsWhere permitted, alcohol can go in the basket.
If something changesAddress, date or message changes are best made early, before preparation starts. A missing item is swapped for a comparable one of the same value.

What we need for Middletown
Small details, but they decide whether the first attempt works in Middletown.
Covered ZIP codes
Seen on Middletown orders to date — and the rest of Rhode Island is covered on the same terms.
- 02842 Middletown, RI
Not listed? It makes no difference — delivery covers Rhode Island in full.
What to tell us
- A phone number for the recipient. It is only used if the driver cannot get in.
- Apartment, unit or floor. A building without a unit number is the usual reason for a second attempt.
- The company name for a workplace, so reception knows who it is for.
- A date that suits the address. Homes are often easier at the weekend; offices need a working day.
- Anyone else who can take it in — a neighbour, a concierge, a colleague.
Shop by occasion
Collections for the usual reasons to send something — all of them deliver to Middletown.
By what is in the basket
By contents — wine and champagne through to baskets with no alcohol in them.

Before you order
Why is same-day delivery not offered in Middletown?
Same-day delivery is not part of the store's model. Baskets go out on a next-day basis, which leaves time to prepare each one properly.
How do I choose the day?
The product page has a delivery date and details field. The date is an estimate, not a guaranteed time; offices receive baskets during business hours.
Can it go to an office?
Yes. Include the company name and the floor or suite, and the basket is left with reception, the mailroom or a concierge.
What if an item is out of stock?
It is replaced by something comparable of the same value, keeping the theme and presentation of the basket.
